The S. Lee Kling Proton Therapy Center brings a promising option for more effective cancer treatment to the Alvin J. Siteman Cancer Center. Because of Mr. Kling and the generous spirit of donors to The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, we now celebrate the 500h patient treated in the S. Lee Kling Proton Therapy Center.
One of those patients, Jerry Caulder, was inspired to give back to benefit the research of his physician Jeffrey Bradley, MD, director of the S. Lee Kling Center for Proton Therapy.
As we look to the future, we know this is only the beginning of the many lives that will be improved and saved through our ability to offer the most innovative proton therapy treatment.
