The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital has awarded the 2021 President’s Achievement Award to David M. Holtzman, MD.  The award is given to a physician or faculty partner whose distinct and extraordinary accomplishments are advancing medicine, ensuring the delivery of world class patient care, and educating the next generation of clinicians.

Eleven Washington University School of Medicine physicians at Barnes-Jewish Hospital were recently honored with 2021 Knowlton Incentive for Excellence Awards that recognize and support medical residents who exemplify a compassionate spirit combined with outstanding knowledge and skill.

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, Food Outreach is serving holiday meals to bring comfort and cheer to its hundreds of clients living with HIV and AIDS or cancer. Philanthropy makes it possible for The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital to support Food Outreach with community grants.
