A partnership between BJC HealthCare and Washington University has led to a new model for identifying and supporting patients near end-of-life. Donor-funded through The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, this initiative utilizes a leading-edge machine learning algorithm, enhanced physician training, and innovative clinical workflows to improve the delivery of care.
