While Mike McNeely was still in the hospital recovering from his long-awaited liver transplant at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, his overwhelming gratitude led him to develop the idea for a transplant awareness event and fundraiser. Just a few months after his surgery, Mike and his community raised more than $18,000 for abdominal surgery and transplant research and Mike's life was forever changed.
