On October 30, 2025, community members and partner organizations gathered at BELIEVE Academy's new 53,000-square-foot school to celebrate the exciting expansion of the BJC HealthCare and BELIEVE Academy program partnership.
At the event, Bloomberg Philanthropies’ announced a transformative $10 million investment in the partnership, creating a new era for health care education in our region. BELIEVE students provided tours of the school, which includes simulation labs where they practice patient care taught by BJC caregivers.
Over the past several years, our Foundation team has been honored to join colleagues across BJC and partners at BELIEVE and The Opportunity Trust to help launch this first-of-its-kind initiative in St. Louis. The ribbon cutting celebration was both a culmination and the start of a new chapter—for BELIEVE’s students, their families, and our region’s vital health care industry.
