BJC HealthCare employees can give to several employee assistance programs, medical research, patient care or health care professional education through payroll deduction.

Please give in the way most convenient for you. You can be assured that your gift will go directly to the impact area of your choice to change and save lives.

You can also give a gift outside of payroll deduction through any of the methods outlined below.

Give Online:

Use a major credit or debit card via our secure online giving form.

Give by Phone:

Call us at 314-286-0445.

Give by Mail:

Make your check payable to The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Please include a note or let us know in the memo line where you would like to direct your gift.

Give through Securities:

We accept gifts of publicly traded securities, closely held securities, mutual funds, real estate investment trusts (REITS), and bonds. We’ll be happy to help facilitate the transfer process. Give through Donor-Advised Funds:

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving vehicle administered by a sponsoring organization and created for the purpose of managing charitable donations on behalf of an organization, family, or individual. It allows donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax benefit and then recommend grants from the fund over time. Click here to learn more about giving through your DAF.

Other Ways to Give

Honor or Memorial Giving: many of our donors choose to make their gift in honor or memory of a loved one or special occasion.
Gift Planning: You can include The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital in your will or estate plan and have an impact for generations to come. The Foundation accepts deferred gifts including bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, and charitable lead trusts.
Recurring Gifts: We offer the option to set up automatic, recurring gifts deducted from your account on a monthly or quarterly basis. Simply select your desired frequency on our online giving form.
Matching Gifts: You can multiply the impact of your gift with your employer’s matching gift program. Search our database to find out if your company has a matching gift policy.
Endowments and Major Gifts: If you are interested in other philanthropic opportunities, including naming a fund or establishing an endowed chair, please contact us at 314-286-0445.
